1. Policy Statement

NTPI Initiative is committed to promoting and ensuring the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms by all persons with disabilities, and to promote respect for their inherent dignity. This Disability Inclusion Policy outlines our commitment to integrating disability inclusion across all our programs, operations, and organizational culture.

2. Guiding Principles

  • Non-discrimination: Ensuring equal access and preventing discrimination on the basis of disability in all aspects of our work.
  • Accessibility: Designing our programs, communication channels, physical spaces, and digital platforms to be accessible to all.
  • Participation and Inclusion: Actively involving persons with disabilities in the design, implementation, and evaluation of our initiatives.
  • Respect for inherent dignity: Recognizing the individual autonomy, including the freedom to make one's own choices, and independence of persons with disabilities.

3. Program Implementation

All NTPI Initiative programs must be designed and implemented with a disability-inclusive lens. This involves removing barriers to participation and providing reasonable accommodations to ensure that persons with disabilities can benefit equally from our interventions in education, entrepreneurship, and humanitarian assistance.

4. Workplace Inclusion

We are an equal opportunity employer and actively encourage applications from persons with disabilities. We are committed to providing a supportive, accessible, and inclusive work environment where all employees can thrive.
